FAQs

Do you buy trainers/streetwear?
Yes! We offer cash or store credit (valid for 12 months).
We accept both dead stock and pre-loved trainers, but note that pre-loved items need to be in excellent condition.

Are your trainers in UK sizes?
Yes, all our stock is shown in UK sizing.
All trainers are unisex, however if you specifically want a woman's shoe, look out for the W at the end of the name.

When will I receive my order?
Please see our shipping and delivery page here.

Please bare in mind we only ship Monday-Friday.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked service.

International orders are sent by DHL tracked service.

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Why was my card declined?
Across the European Economic Area, it’s mandatory for businesses to implement Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). This requirement aims to make online sales more secure and to protect everyone involved in the payments process.

We implement 3-D Secure on all our payments as an additional security measure to let your issuing bank verify the cardholder’s identity when you’re making an online purchase. This ensures the card is not being used fraudulently and adds an additional layer of security.

Most cards are automatically enabled with 3-D Secure, but please check with your bank if you're unsure or experiencing repeatedly declined payments.

Do you deliver to university addresses?
Yes we do, but please ensure you provide detailed information such as; room number, name of residency hall, building, block or department.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Orders from within the UK (exc. Ireland) will not need to be signed for and will be shipped via Royal Mails 24hr tracked service.

Do I have to pay custom's charges?
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, items may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. The person placing the order is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the items.

 How much is delivery?

For all shipping prices, please see our shipping and delivery page here.

Notes about sizing:

Yeezy 350s

We recommend buying the Yeezy 350s half a size up (or a full size if you have wider feet) due to their tighter fit.

Yeezy Slides & Foam Runners

We recommend buying the Yeezy slides and foam runners a full size up to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.

Abbreviations to look out for which will not follow standard sizing:

GS - Grade School: Sneakers made in sizes for children aged around 6 - 10. These also tend to fit adults with smaller feet, but we advise taking half a size up if you’re an adult purchasing these tighter fits. These typically run from a UK 3 to a UK 6.5.

PS - Preschool:
Sneakers made in sizes for children aged 3 - 5. These run from a UK Children's 10 to a UK 2.5.

TD - Toddler:
Sneakers made in sizes for toddlers. These run from a UK Children's 1.5 to a UK Children's 9.5.

I - Infant:
Sneakers made in sizes for Infants. These typically run from a UK Children's 0 to a UK Children's 3.

W - Womens:
Sneakers made specifically to fit women's feet. These are typically less wide than the standard shoe fit.

Please note that sizes between brands will fit differently. For example, a size 8 Adidas will not fit the same as a size 8 Nike.
