Orders and Shipping

Once an order has been placed The Box has up to 48 hours to fulfil your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will receive an email to notify you and a full refund will be issued.

Please allow up to 7 working days for processing*. All orders are sent 1st class tracked, please see below shipping times.

 

United Kingdom (DHL) - up to 8-12 working days

Europe (DHL) - up to 8-14 working days

Rest of the world (DHL) - up to 12-16 working days

 

Some of our items may only release in countries outside of the UK, and therefore the processing time for orders containing these items may be extended. If this is the case for your order, you will be notified within 48 hours of order confirmation.  Any parcels shipped to addresses outside of the UK may be liable for customs charges. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
